WeightControl is an application that allows you to monitor and control your weight in a visual way, being the ideal for people starting a diet or have signed up to a gym to increase muscle mass.
WeightControl is designed for people who want to gain or lose weight, or just want to keep track of this. Thanks to the historical weight measurements you will see your progress, for weeks, months or years, easily graphically and can also observe the trend of your weight in certain moments in history. You can also view your weighing in a list, where you can watch the progress of your weight over time.
Another interesting aspect is the application that lets you define milestones to help motivate you to reach your ideal weight.
The units of measurement and targets can be easily changed in the application preferences.






How do I delete / edit a weight entry?
If you want to delete a weight entry you should go to the historical section and move your finger from left to right over the cell you want to delete.
To edit a weight there aren't any procedure, you must delete the entry and re-create it.
How do I delete / edit a milestone?
If you want to delete or edit a milestone you must use the same procedure to delete / edit an weight entry, but at milestones section. Move your finger from left to right over the cell you want to delete.
What do they mean by the arrows in the weight history?
The arrows indicate the weights attached to the progress that we take with respect to the goals set.
The direction of the arrow indicates whether you won or lost weight.
The color of the arrow indicates whether the objective is being fulfilled, if blue, it is fulfilling the objective, if red is not being fulfilled.
What is the meaning of marking cells in the historic section?
In the historic list, you can select cells in order that they are not born in mind when calculating the weight changes between two entries.
How do I keep track of more than one person?
The new version has a section to create, edit and delete users.
The user that appears with the asterisk on the left is the current user.
You can delete any user by sliding your finger over the desired cell from left to right, except the current user.
You can change the current user by simply clicking on the desired cell.
To edit click on the blue arrow on the cell you want to modify.
